At first.. it went down to 86kg... lost 1 kg.
Then it stayed on 86 kg for a few days...
and a few days later, it bounced back to 87 kg!!! All despite maintaining about 1600kcal per day. See I am a superefficient calorie conservator.. what else could I call myself. All these despite the walking...
It all happened when i stopped going to gym, and relied on walking.
Sigh.. and feeling discouraged, i had some chocolates these two days, and some biscuits too. Naughty!
Sigh.. sigh..sigh.. My only consolation is my pants seemed to be not so tight. That is > 3 weeks of reallky hard work!
Tomorrow, I got to be good again. I must lose weight!
